Thrilled to share our latest publication in Nanotechnology (IOP Publishing, August 2025): “Ordered silicon nanowire bundle networks from aqueous dispersions“.

We present an innovative approach to assemble macroscopic, highly aligned silicon nanowire networks from aqueous dispersions stabilized with a cationic surfactant. The resulting paper-like structures exhibit strong cohesion and nematic ordering, opening new opportunities for scalable fabrication and advanced applications.
