Biography

Rafa is a native of Madrid. In 2020, he obtained a Chemistry degree from Universidad Autónoma de Madrid (UAM). His final degree project was about aluminium-air batteries, which sparked his interest in electrochemistry. The following year he obtained a Master's degree in Electrochemistry, Science and Technology from the same university, where worked as a researcher at Exide Technologies focusing his studies on the lead-acid battery.
