Biography

David comes from Pontevedra in the northwest of Spain. He left Pontevedra 10 years ago to go to Madrid, where he studied his BSc. After that, he moved to Bordeaux for 5 years to complete his MSc studies and do his PhD. Nowadays, he have just returned to Madrid to join the IMDEA Materials team. His research interests range from the formulation of nanocarbon materials, such as carbon nanotubes and graphene, in a liquid matrix to 3D printing and characterizing nanocomposites. The main topics he studied during his early career are electrical percolation and microwave absorption performance of nanocomposites.
