Biography

Clarissa is originally from Milan, Italy. She has a formidable educational background in the field of Industrial Chemistry and Chemical Engineering. She earned their Bachelor's degree from Politecnico di Milano, Italy, in 2019. Her Bachelor's thesis, titled "Attività sperimentale per la calibrazione di un modello cinetico dettagliato per la descrizione dell'attività DENOx di un catalizzatore a base di ferro" demonstrated her early commitment to detailed experimental work in the field. Clarissa pursued a Master's degree in Industrial Chemistry and Chemical Engineering, extending her academic journey from September 2019 to October 2021. Her Master's thesis, titled "A Theoretical and Kinetic-Modeling Study of the OH/OH2/CH3/H-Initiated Gas-Phase Oxidation and Pyrolysis of Bio-Oils Components: Pyrrole And Pyrrolidine," showcased their proficiency in theoretical research and the application of advanced concepts. Currently, Clarissa continues her academic journey as a Ph.D. student in Industrial Chemistry and Chemical Engineering at Politecnico di Milano, where they are researching "A Modular and Hierarchical Modeling Framework for The Thermo-Catalytic Pyrolysis of Methane for The Production of Carbon Nanomaterials and Hydrogen."
