The low pressure allows visualization of the true failure mechanism of half-cells containing pure Si nanowires, without the interference of stack pressure. This contribution is important, as the commercialization of silicon as an anode is usually hindered by the lack of knowledge about its failure mechanism.<\/p><p data-start=\"619\" data-end=\"933\" data-is-last-node=\"\" data-is-only-node=\"\"><strong>Felipe Lozano<\/strong> presented the work titled \u201c<strong>Mechanics of Nanowire Networks<\/strong>,\u201d in which he introduced a new method to quantify the orientation of 2D macromaterials composed of nanomaterials by convolving two distinct SAXS patterns.
