Biography

Alba holds a double Master Degree in Complex Materials: Thermal Analysis and Rheology (University of Coruña) and Physics of Soft Matter (University Paris-Diderot) and she specialised in perovskites. For her final research project, she investigated the potential use of perovskites as refrigerants, by studying their barocaloic materials. She showed her study on the International Symposium on Elaboration and Characterization of Multistructured Materials (ECMM 2018).In September 2018 she joined the Multifunctional Nanocomposites Group at IMDEA Materials as a predoctoral researcher, where she works on developing solar cells.
