Please feel free to contact Prof.Dr.De-Yi Wang (<a href=\"mailto:deyi.wang@imdea.org\">deyi.wang@imdea.org<\/a>) if you have any doubt.<\/p>\n<div><\/div>\n<div class=\"box boxed_title\">1 Open Position for Postdoc in 2023 (Closed in December 2023)<\/div>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p class=\"text-muted pre\">This is a research project focusing on the design and synthesis of novel eco-friendly flame retardants to polymers will fully work at the High Performance Polymer Nanocomposites Group at IMDEA Materials Institute. <span style=\"font-size: revert; color: initial;\">The host research group has solid experience on the flame retardants and the state-of-the-art facilities.<\/span><\/p>\n<h5 class=\"mt4\"><b>REQUIREMENTS<\/b><\/h5>\n<p>Candidate should hold a PhD in Chemistry or Materials Science and Engineering or a related field\/discipline with excellent academic credentials and a strong commitment to developing scientific activity in an international and multidisciplinary environment.<\/p>\n<p>Fluent English (written and oral) is needed.<\/p>\n<p>Previous experience in flame retardant polymers and flame-retardant mechanisms will be highly appreciated and positively evaluated.<\/p>\n<h5 class=\"mt4\"><b>CONDITIONS<\/b><\/h5>\n<div class=\"row\">\n<p>Interested candidates are encouraged to apply as soon as possible to ensure the best consideration of their application. Screening of candidates will begin immediately. Short-listed candidates will be invited for an initial interview in person or via Zoom, even before the closing date.<\/p>\n<p>The post-doctoral contract is for a duration of 12 months.
